Our history of excellence in education started in 1991 through the establishment of Sekolah Sri Garden, a private Malaysian curriculum school serving as the educational wing for the Badminton Academy of Malaysia. The focus was to deliver all-rounded education while producing future National badminton champions.
In the last two decades, various international elements were adopted into the curriculum, including the Six Dimensions. At the peak of 2010, ‘Learning the best from EAST and WEST’ campaign was introduced to prepare the school for its transformation into an international school.
Sri Garden International was formed in 2011, taking on a British curriculum adapted for a Malaysian environment. The school placed a strong emphasis on soft skills and character building, together with learning three languages; English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to provide the students with a competitive edge on the global stage.
In 2014, the school was rebranded to Taylor’s International School (TIS) Kuala Lumpur. TIS Kuala Lumpur has continued to become one of the top international schools in Malaysia.
In celebrating its 30th Anniversary,
TIS Kuala Lumpur is offering 30% off its tuition fee for the first 30 students applying for Term 1 2022 intake.
